Textbook Potential Topics

If you would like to write a chapter, please complete the following tasks in this order:

1. Send an email to ffc@functionalfoodscenter.net requesting a sample example of a book chapter.

2. Once we send you the chapter sample, please take the time to review it and create your chapter 

3. Afterwards, submit an abstract of your chapter. Once your abstract has been accepted, submit your final, completed chapter draft by March 12th, 2021
